Mysterious Monuments "The Georgia Guidestones"

Georgia Guidestones, a mysterious granite monument that stands as tall as 20 feet (6.1 m) tall, and made from six granite weighing 20 tons. One slab stands in the middle, with four plates arranged around it. But seen from the architecture of the building, the monument was not invented in ancient times 


A message comprising ten guides is inscribed on the monument structure written in eight modern languages, and a short message written on the top of the monument structure in four ancient languages' scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian hieroglyphs. The most phenomenal is the writing / guide that reads "for the survivors to rebuild a new civilization on earth" is there to do with the apocalypse in 2012?

  

This command is also not clear to whom addressed. It is not clear yet, who built this strange monument. 
In June 1979, an unknown person or persons who used the pseudonym RC Christian hired Elberton Granite Finishing Company to build the monument structure. One popular hypothesis is that the author may show this monument as a tribute to the legendary 14th-century founder of Rosicrucianism, Christian Rosenkreuz. 


A message consists of a set of ten guidelines or principles is engraved on the Georgia Guidestones in eight different languages, one language on each face of the four large upright stones. If ordered in a clockwise direction, then, the language used is: English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, and Russian. 


Here are ten guidelines / guidance / principles of the monument. 
A. Maintain humanity under 500 million in constant balance with nature.2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.3. Unite humanity with a living new language.4. The new regulations - faith - tradition - and all things by reason of anger.5. Protect the people and nations with fair laws and just through the courts.6. meMembiarkan all nations have internal rules of court dispute resolution external world.7. Few meters to the west of the artifacts, there are additional granite telas planted on the ground. These stone blocks show the structure and language used on it, lists various facts about the size, weight, and astronomical features of the stones, date installed, and the project sponsor. which has been embedded in the granite is also mention of a time capsule buried under the stone blocks. Dibatu is written on the time machine is buried and the date when the capsule is opened and the time has been lost, so it is not clear whether the time capsule was never placed there. Block is somewhat inconsistent with respect to punctuation, and also misspells "pseudonym". The original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks in the text has been preserved in the transcript that follows. 


In the center of each tablet edge is a small circle, each containing a letter representing the appropriate compass direction (N, S, E, W). 


At the top center of the block is written:

Georgia Guidestones are located on a hilltop in Elbert County, Georgia, about 90 miles (140 km) east of Atlanta, 45 miles (72 km) from Athens (precise distance of 44.3322 miles (71.3458 km)), and 9 miles (14 km) north of the center of Elberton. The stones have the shortest distance to the east of Georgia Highway 77 (Hartwell Highway), and visible from the street. Small signs beside the highway indicate the turn to the Guidestones, which is identified by a street sign as "Guidestones Rd." It is situated at the highest point in Elbert County.
