Human-faced Puppies

Below is a picture of a puppy is born with a human-shaped face. This puppy was born in Umbauba, Sergipe, Brazil. Actually, when viewed closely, the puppy is more like a pig than a human.

Some say that this may be due to defects brought this dog. And another theory says that the puppy was poisoned the waters so that the parent body and her face had anomalies.
Or .... is indeed a mystical event ... who knows?
